Privacy policy

Effective October 10, 2026. Applies to SaibabaKrupa Inc., operator of the independently owned Subway® franchise #6722 at 2427 E State St, Hermitage, PA 16148 ("we", "us").

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

What we collect

When you call the store: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what you ask us for. Calls answered by our automated phone assistant may be transcribed so we can fill your request and check its quality.
Catering and large orders: your name, callback number, email (optional), pickup or delivery date and time, delivery address (for delivery), headcount, items and notes.
Text messages: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts (when and how you gave it), the messages we send you, and any STOP or HELP replies.
Payment cards: our phone assistant does not collect card numbers. If a caller starts reading one, it is stopped and the digits are removed from our records. Card payments for delivery orders are taken by store staff through the store's payment processor.

How we use it

To answer your questions and take, confirm and fulfill your catering or large order.
To send you the texts you asked for: online-ordering links, catering order confirmations and catering order notices.
To contact you about your order (for example to confirm details or arrange payment for delivery).
To screen unwanted sales and robocalls, and to keep our service working and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the phone and text service and keep order records (for example our telephone and text-messaging carrier, our phone-assistant platform and our document and email provider), and only so they can provide that service to us. They may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep order and call records only as long as we need them to fill orders, handle questions, and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete them. Opt-out (STOP) records are kept so we can keep honoring your request.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ketanrpatel@yahoo.com or calling (724) 983-1088.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
